How Coaching Calls Work

In Ten Easy Steps

  1. You complete the Coaching Client Call Prep form and email it to me. This form contains the topics you want to cover and any issues you are facing, as well as what you're learning and your recent accomplishments.
  2. I review the Prep form and may contact you for clarification or questions.
  3. You call me at the scheduled time. (415) 863-5211.
  4. We review the Prep form and discuss your recent accomplishments.
  5. We move on to tackle any distractions, blocks, frustrations, drains, etc. We get very clear about what you want and what is in your way.
  6. We develop an action plan to reach your goals, conquer your blocks and face your fears.
  7. You commit to follow through on any homework and report back in when you've accomplished the work. (I represent the commitment you have to yourself for taking action)
  8. I ask you how you benefitted from each call and what you suggest for future calls.
  9. We confirm the time for the next call and hang up.
  10. You follow through on the action plan we created and feel free to contact me via email, Instant Messenger or phone for help, support, motivation
